This study is a part of the Africa Adaptation Acceleration Program, a project from the African Development Bank and the Global Center on Adaptation that supports the Africa Adaptation Initative by seeking to scale up access to climate-smart digital technologies, scale up urban and rural infrastructure for climate resilience, empowering youth through building entrepreneurial capacity, developing skills and providing financial support, and mobilizing private investment for climate resilience and adaptation.
